Refund policy
If you need to cancel or update your order (e.g. shipping address), please email us at artworksets@gmail.com as soon as possible:

You have 12 hours to make changes after placing an order.

Please include your order number in the email subject line.
Once production begins, we may no longer be able to cancel or adjust your order.
Return Policy Overview
You may return items within 35 days of delivery. Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 50% restocking fee applies to eligible returns. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Returns for Undamaged Prints
All our prints are made to order. Because of that, we accept returns only under these conditions:

You contact us within 35 days of delivery (via email at artworksets@gmail.com or via self-serve returns method described below)

The prints are unused, undamaged, and carefully packed in original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll issue a 50% refund of the item price (not including shipping). We’ll provide the return address via email.
Self-Serve Returns
You can also request a return directly from your customer account:

Log in to your account using the same email used at checkout.

Select the order you wish to return.

Click Request Return and follow the prompts.
Once your return request is submitted, we’ll review it and respond with next steps, including return address and instructions.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one using your order email.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ve got you covered.

A group photo of all affected items

(If needed) a short video showing the problem
Don’t discard anything before we confirm the next steps. In most cases, a return is not required. However, if we request a return for inspection, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Lost Packages
Shipping delays can happen. If your order hasn’t arrived:

For standard shipping: contact us via email at artworksets@gmail.com if it hasn’t been delivered within 19 days of order placement.

Orders with incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed packages are not eligible for a refund. If the package is returned to us, we may offer reshipment for an additional fee.
Refunds

Approved returns per our return policy
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is approved or the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank to process it.
