At Artworksets, all prints are handmade to order. We start production once your order is placed, and do our best to ship quickly and safely.

Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order. We typically process and ship orders within *3 business days*.
During busy periods, it may take a little longer — thank you for your patience!

Shipping & Delivery (USA)

Delivery time: Estimated at *5–8 business days* after your order is shipped
Shipping cost:
• Free for all U.S. orders over $35
• $4.5 flat rate for U.S. orders under $35
Total Estimated Delivery Time :
• 8–11 business days** from the time your order is placed.

### Express Shipping (USA)

Need it sooner? We offer Express Shipping at checkout.

• $42.00 for orders between *$0.01 – $122.00*
• $118.00 for orders between *$122.01 – $630.00*
• $195.00 for orders *above $630.01*

Note: Express orders are also made to order and follow the same 3-business-day processing time.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can follow your shipment status using the link provided in the email or through your customer account.

International Shipping
We don’t offer international shipping at checkout yet.
If you're outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please email us at artworksets@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to provide a quote and shipping details.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 19 days of placing it, please contact us at artworksets@gmail.com.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer to resend it for an additional shipping fee.
We’re unable to refund or replace packages lost due to address errors.
